Overview

This privacy policy applies specifically to Skibidi Board, a mobile application published under the BOMBADRIFT developer name. It describes what data the app collects, how it is used, and your choices.

What Data Does Skibidi Board Collect?

Skibidi Board does not require account creation, login, email, or any personally identifiable information to function. However, the app uses third-party services that collect data as described below.

Local Storage: The app uses SharedPreferences (Android) to store your preferences, favorites, and purchase status. This data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to any server.

Analytics — PostHog

Skibidi Board uses PostHog for product analytics and session replay.

Data collected by PostHog:

• Anonymous session identifiers (no login or account required)
• Device information (model, OS version)
• App lifecycle events (app opened, closed, backgrounded)
• Screen navigation and tab switches
• Sound interactions (which sounds are played, shared, favorited — by sound ID, name, and category)
• Category filter selections
• In-app purchase events (product IDs, purchase completion — no payment details)
• Ad interaction events (banner dismissals, interstitial and rewarded ad views)
• Sound unlock events

Session Replay:

PostHog session replay is enabled. This records visual replays of your app sessions, including screen interactions, taps, and navigation. Text and images within the app are not masked in session replays.

No personally identifiable information (name, email, phone number) is captured, as the app does not collect or display such information. Session replays are used to understand how people use the app and identify bugs.

Advertising — Google AdMob

Skibidi Board displays advertisements through Google AdMob.

AdMob may collect:

• Device advertising identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID)
• IP address
• Device information (model, OS version, screen size)
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
• Approximate location (derived from IP)

This data is collected by Google according to Google's Privacy Policy and How Google Uses Data from Partner Apps.

Opting Out: You can opt out of personalized ads via your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads on Android). You can also remove ads entirely with an in-app purchase.

In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed by Google Play Store. I do not process, store, or have access to your payment information. Purchase status is stored locally on your device and can be restored using your Google account.

PostHog receives purchase events (product ID, completion status) for analytics purposes — no payment details are included.

Children's Privacy

Skibidi Boardis not directed at children under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app's AdMob integration is not configured for child-directed treatment. If you believe a child has provided personal data through any integrated service, please contact me.

Data Retention

Local app data (preferences, favorites) is stored on your device only. Analytics data collected by PostHog is retained according to PostHog's data retention settings. Data collected by Google AdMob is retained per Google's policies.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete data associated with your usage. Since Skibidi Board uses anonymous session tracking (no accounts), identifying and deleting specific user data may be limited. Contact me if you have questions about your data rights.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Skibidi Board after changes constitutes acceptance.
