Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Skibidi Board("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These terms are in addition to the general BOMBADRIFT Terms of Service.

About the App

Skibidi Board is a free soundboard application for entertainment purposes. It provides a collection of meme sounds that users can play, organize, and share. The App is available on Android and is free to download with optional in-app purchases.

Permitted Use

The App is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Extract, rip, or redistribute individual sound files from the App
• Use the App or its sounds for commercial purposes without permission
• Use the App to harass, threaten, or cause harm to others
• Attempt to bypass any security, access controls, or purchase requirements
• Redistribute or resell the App or any of its content

Sound Content

The sounds included in Skibidi Board are used for entertainment, commentary, and parody purposes. Some sounds may reference popular internet memes, trends, or cultural moments.

If you are a rights holder and believe content in the App infringes your rights, please contact me at legal@bombadrift.com with details and I will review and respond promptly.

In-App Purchases

Skibidi Board offers the following types of in-app purchases:

• Remove Ads — a one-time purchase that permanently removes all banner and interstitial ads
• Premium Sound Packs — unlock additional sounds, purchased once and available permanently

All purchases are processed by Google Play Store and are subject to Google's terms and refund policies. I do not handle payment information.

Restoring Purchases:If you reinstall the App or switch devices, use "Restore Purchases" in the App settings. You must be signed in with the same Google account used for the original purchase.

Advertising

The free version of Skibidi Board displays ads through Google AdMob. Ad behavior, data collection, and your options for managing ad preferences are described in the Skibidi Board Privacy Policy.

Analytics & Session Recording

Skibidi Board uses PostHog for product analytics and session replay. This means:

• Your interactions within the App (sounds played, categories browsed, purchases made) are tracked anonymously
• Visual session replays of your App usage may be recorded, including screen content and tap interactions
• No personally identifiable information is captured, as the App does not collect or display such information

This data is used to improve the App, fix bugs, and understand usage patterns. For full details, see the Skibidi Board Privacy Policy.

App Updates

I may release updates to Skibidi Board that add features, fix bugs, or modify content (including adding or removing sounds). Updates are distributed through Google Play Store. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Disclaimer

Skibidi Boardis provided "as is" and "as available" for entertainment purposes only. I make no warranties about the availability, accuracy, or completeness of the App or its content. Use is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of Skibidi Board, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Changes are effective when the "Last updated" date is revised. Continued use of Skibidi Board after changes constitutes acceptance.
