Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using any application or service published under the BOMBADRIFT developer name ("I", "me", "my"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use my apps. Individual apps may have additional terms — see below.

Use of My Apps

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of my apps.
Use my apps for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
Redistribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit my apps or their content.
Attempt to bypass any security, access controls, or usage limits.
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of my apps or related infrastructure.

I reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms.

Intellectual Property

All content, code, graphics, designs, sounds, and other materials in my apps are owned by me or my licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use my apps for personal, non-commercial purposes.

In-App Purchases & Payments

Some apps offer in-app purchases or subscriptions processed through Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or other platforms. All transactions are subject to the respective platform's terms and refund policies.

Availability & Modifications

I may modify, suspend, or discontinue any app or feature at any time without notice or liability. I do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access.

Disclaimer of Warranties

My apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of my apps.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

I may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of my apps constitutes acceptance.
